⁹Got sent faulty items. Have called multiple times, have emailed proof,called again, non stop chasing these people to get things sorted, eventually got an email stating free replacement will be shipped out via express delivery, they just needed my confirmation. I then emailed back and it was ignored, so i had to phone again. The customer service rep was making such a mess trying to sort it, i ended up having a futher 8 emails come through with her placing wrong items and then cancelling them. I then had to phone back to speak to someone else to make sure that it had been done right. Two days later and the items have still not been posted, this is supposed to have been express delivery, so phoned them again and was told it would be posted that day. It still hasnt been posted, so ive called again. The service is utterly appalling, no one is doing a thing. Customer service is disgusting. The company is taking the mick out of me. Im really really annoyed
