"I love my Pandora bracelets they are so beautiful ,! They are little expensive but you get what you pay for and the quality is better,don't go generic, Pandora is worth every cent !"

"I have a rose gold bracelet with about 20 charms mixed between silver, rose gold, and gold. The bracelet lost color in parts and the rose gold charms stained the silver ones. I contacted customer service and they only tell you that they do not cover damage due to use. I keep the entire bracelet in its original box and only wear it on certain occasions. Many of the pieces are gifts. Customer service does not respond for anything and only apologizes. Pandora is quite expensive for the quality of what they are selling. Not recommended. I will never buy a piece again."
