Pandora will not allow you to connect to your mobile service to play songs. I just watch an entire movie on Netflix on cellular and pandora wouldn’t allow me to play songs which much less bandwidth, pandora sucks!!!!!

Placed an order with this company 4/26/2024, for a cleaning kit and 2 of their clear pave clip charms. Package arrived 5/2/2024. They sent the cleaning kit but decided to keep the two pave charms and now are refusing to send a replacement or refund my money. I was told they are going to file a claim with UPS. no mention of making it right with me so basically i’m screwed. Be VERY careful about dealing with this company.

first order from pandora and I got the wrong item. I ordered the 2024 pandora club charm and got the charms and a cheap looking ring. I’ve been on the phone for 30 minutes trying to resolve this issue. Not a good start at all. Really sorry I ordered the item I did after reading the reviews.

The product is of low quality, in just 3 months the color went out and I went to the store to change it and they didn't change it. I'm used to having jewelry and I'm very careful with my accessories. but honestly, Pandora's products are of very low quality, they only have a name on the market. Definitely disappointed with the pieces they propose to sell. This “company” is worse than Shein products. so don't waste your time, you can buy any product from Shein which is better than their items.

Don’t trust the beauty of their jewelry…Mine was a gift from St. Jude’s children’s hospital,I purchased several hundred dollars in charms,one end ball on my bangle just broke off , no fix no replacement 😢I’m screwed!!!

Do not buy anything from pandora my daughter bought me a necklace with a heart it tarnished to black within a year and they would not take it back or fix it only offered me a cleaning solution to buy from them, which I did and it did not clean . Will never buy anything from them again!!! buyer beware

I went to Pandora this evening as my bracelet had broken. They said that it was not covered under warranty because it was over a year. Also had a couple of charms that were broken, again, they said they were not covered and they could not replace them or even fix them!! I am beginning to find their jewelry very cheap and not as good as they used to be. Won’t be buying anything from there anymore!!!!

Same continous very annoying ghetto sounding voice commercials,n o matter what kind of channel venue you choose albeit Country, Rock, Big Band or Frank Sinatra stations, same repetitive 3 or 4 commercial ads... I swear they do this on purpose to make you opt up to commercials free radio upgrade for $5 or more a month....Thank God for the mute button...A while back I only had to listen to black lives matter ads by the thousands...when all lives matter..Shame on Pandora Radio

Commercial frequency gets more and more and more and more until it drives you way don’t tell me I can purchase a membership and be commercial free. I hope you wake up and either stop continuously, upping the amount of commercials and have some consistency

Pandora jewelry is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Cheapest base metal jewelry ive EVER purchased. The FIRST ring i ordered at my local Reed's Jewelry store arrived to the store with stones ALREADY missing The finishing on a supposed sterling silver ring WORE OFF, changed texture AND turned my finger BLACK in LESS THAN 6 HOURS. NEVER GIVE PANDORA ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS. This jewelry is NOT real and belongs in a Claire's Jewelry store.

I ordered the Pandora moments heart and butterfly bangle. When I got it and tried it on it was too small so I tried to sell it to a jewelry store and they said it's fake and not even silver. Then I took it to the closest Pandora store and they had their manager look at it and the manager said the back of the heart was scratched and the clasp to close it was going green and it did not even have the s925 ale stamp. They told me to contact you ASAP. Please let me get a refund or $50 off my next order. I just started collecting Pandora this Christmas and I absolutely love it. And would like to continue buying from you. Thank you Lyndsey Trick

Will never order from Pandora again. Ordered a ring and earrings and got a free bracelet for a promotional offer. Had to return the ring but was planning on getting a smaller size when i got my refund. A month went by with no refund so called customer service and she advised me that since the bracelet wasn't returned they kept my money. So now stuck with a $100 bracelet i will never use and no ring for my daughter as it was her Christmas present.

Appalling service returned an item with the Royal Mail tracked delivery and yet despite tracking showing delivered by Southampton delivery office and proof of postage they refuse to refund it absolute scammers - untrustworthy - don’t trust this company

What disgusting customer service. I ordered two rings one bead and two bangles with a third one free for the Christmas sale. Box arrived from UPS and it was obvious the box had never been sealed and none of my jewelry was in the box. Two weeks and two incompetent phones conversations later FEDex delivered the second shipment with only the bead in the box…even though I was told everything shipped. I have shipping label in the box that shows only the bead was put in the box. One more telephone conversation and three online chats to try and sort this out to no avail…you’d think it was rocket science…each time it was a whole new situation and no one seemed to have a clue on my ‘case’ They even tried to file a claim with fedex on a damaged box….when fedex showed up to pick up the box I was confused. I told them the box was not smashed at all, and that the jewelry I was supposed to receive was never even shipped! Ended up getting a refund because I didn’t trust them shipping anything to me again. Lost the sale and prices and they would not fix it for me. Ended up buying the bracelet from a Pandora store. Quality and service has gone down hill in the last ten years and will be looking at other companies now for my beads.
