I find it weird that they were selling a bracelet for 250 with a 30% discount making it 175 and a week before Christmas they jacked up all the prices and canceled all the discounts

Awful Went for the buy 2 get one free offer with two orders, charged £20 for 4x special packaging, only received one set, no separate boxes for my gifts, e mailed no response, called them and spoke to adviser, got apology and sent new order with missing items. Received my packaging to find only 3 outer gift boxes, no gift bags, no separate jewellery boxes, sent another email with no reply, they are useless feel like sending everything back, only I have secondry cancer and no energy for all the grief re ordering elsewhere before xmas.

Purchased items with engraving, was assured that items would be highest quality. The engraving is terrible, cannot be read at all. Absolute waste of money and customer services don't respond.

I bought 4 items, a heart Bracelet , Be Love heart charm, Friends Dangle charm and the new Moon double , dangle ,( to the moon charm ) , the first three are great, good heavy quality, like usual Pandora but that double moon dangle charm ( advertised on TV now for Christmas is dreadful quality! It's weightless, looks and feels very cheap , almost as if a fake ( i know its not, as its come from website...its so light, and how your supposed to attach it to your bracelet I don't know..its so fragile, I'm keeping it as,someone asked for it, but please avoid, its looks and feels really cheap, use your £ 65 to buy a nice piece of silver elsewhere....

I have given 1 star simply because there is no option to award 0 stars. I bought a pearl ring from the Horsham branch on November 6th 2025 but on 24th November 2025 I discovered that one of the pearls was missing. I returned it to the store and was given a refund because it was still within the 30 day warranty. The sales assistant said that the ring must have taken 'a knock' causing one of the pearls to fall out because she said that she has the very same ring and has had it for years without experiencing any problems! The ring had certainly NOT been knocked, I had treated it with care and would have been aware of the ring being knocked. The fault was purely down to the ring being poor quality. Will not purchase any Pandora products in the future.

My Experience with Pandora I’m really disappointed with the service I received from Pandora. I was gifted a bracelet from my son and his family about two years ago, and it means a lot to me. Unfortunately, the bracelet broke — and because we no longer have the receipt, Pandora told me they can’t help at all. I understand policies, but it feels like they only care if you can prove the purchase, not about the customer or the sentimental value of their products. For a brand as well-known and expensive as Pandora, I expected more understanding, support, or at least some kind of reasonable solution. Instead, I left feeling that they’re only focused on money, not on customer care. Very disappointed.

Never purchase anything from Pandora. Poor customer service. Daughter bought 3 items, paid $170.00. The bracelet did not fit so she returned the bracelet to get another but was just refunded $5.95. When she contacted Customer Service they and asked for a larger size they said, “NO”. It had not been 30 days. Very disappointed Pandora!

Visited the Kingston store today awful service and unhelpful staff decided against purchasing due to this only 2 customers in the shop and 4 staff members the manger Sabrina wasn’t even bothered by the staff’s attitude and wasn’t any more helpful clearly don’t need the sales Do better customers don’t need to experience such bad customer service

I literally just got a new bracelet for my bday on august 31st and it is now September 26 and this bracelet changed colors, it tarnished really bad. Very bad quality jewelry. And then you take it into the store to get it cleaned and they refused to clean it bcus they don’t clean jewelry after 5 pm but they close at 9. Make it make sense!

I would give a 0 if I could. I bought a necklace. Went straight for food in the ondara where I purchased it. I tried it on and decided it was too heavy. Took it back almost straight away. I couldn’t see anything else in that particular store so asked for a refund so I could look online. I was told I could only have a credit note. I ended up buying a necklace and charm I didn’t really want. And the jewellery cleaner! Decided I definitely didn’t like the charm so went to the store in Benidorm. Long story short I ended up with 2 charms I didn’t really like as they didn’t have the one I had seen online. A daft clasp opener I thought o could use as a key ring as she said I could only get a credit note for that store. I still have the €5 credit note that I can’t and refuse to buy another thing from Pandora. Was pretty much fobbed off when I contacted customer service. Told in Spain it’s different. May I add .. the silver is a grey colour most of the time with no shine. Cheap nasty silver! The jewellery cleaner leaves a sticky residue and cleans nothing! Never again will I purchase from Pandora. How disappointing and a waste of €150.

⁹Got sent faulty items. Have called multiple times, have emailed proof,called again, non stop chasing these people to get things sorted, eventually got an email stating free replacement will be shipped out via express delivery, they just needed my confirmation. I then emailed back and it was ignored, so i had to phone again. The customer service rep was making such a mess trying to sort it, i ended up having a futher 8 emails come through with her placing wrong items and then cancelling them. I then had to phone back to speak to someone else to make sure that it had been done right. Two days later and the items have still not been posted, this is supposed to have been express delivery, so phoned them again and was told it would be posted that day. It still hasnt been posted, so ive called again. The service is utterly appalling, no one is doing a thing. Customer service is disgusting. The company is taking the mick out of me. Im really really annoyed

I’ll never buy from Pandora again. My daughter was given a Pandora bracelet for her birthday. It didn’t fit, and when I tried to exchange it (with the original receipt), I was told flat out “no” because it was past 30 days. Think about that – a gift bought in advance, given on her birthday, and by the time we could get to the store… Pandora basically said tough luck. So my daughter was left with a bracelet she can’t even wear, and Pandora couldn’t care less. No flexibility, no compassion, no attempt to help – just a cold “computer says no” attitude. This isn’t just poor service, it’s disgusting. Other jewellers are miles ahead in terms of quality and customer care. Pandora feels outdated, overpriced, and stuck in its ways. When I mention Pandora to younger people, they literally say “never heard of it” – and after this, I can see why the brand is fading. If you value your money, your time, or your loved ones, avoid Pandora. There are so many better options out there that won’t treat you with the contempt Pandora does. They’ve lost me as a customer for life, and I’ll make sure everyone I know is aware of how badly they let us down.

Unfreakingbelievable!!! I can't believe I'm on my way back for the seventh "7th" time in 2 years to get pandoras "constantly falling apart" low quality jewelry fixed! I'm sick of, and done with Pandora in every way, shape, and form!

My children ordered me a beautiful bracelet for Mother’s Day. It was too large and I requested the return and a full refund. Return shipped and Pandora confirmed receipt and told me a full refund would process in 10 business days. 16 business days later, contacted Pandora to inquire regarding the refund. Placed on hold for a few minutes and was told an electronic gift card was emailed 13 days ago. I didn’t want a gift card, I wanted a refund. Double checked all folders in my email and found no email from Pandora. Asked for a copy of the communication which took several minutes to produce. First, I expected a refund, as per their instructions 13 days ago. Today was told it is a gift card. Be weary of a company that doesn’t do what they promise to do. It’s called integrity and I am finished purchasing Pandora products. Unsatisfied Customer in NC - Alexandra

I bought my daughter a stacking set of rings in April, it is early July now. This eas a bday gift. One of the zirconia stones fell out and the ring became misshapen. However the other ring did not change shape. The sales assistant kept emphasising that my daughter should never sleep with them on, because our body temperature increases during sleep and changes the shape of the rings... I had never heard such nonsense in my entire life. In the end, she told me to Google this a little more (regarding the body temp) and decided to replace my daughter's ring. I was very disappointed with the attitude and tone with which we were faced with. If the outcome was not in our favour, I would have taken things further, but one thing I am taking away from this is that they have lost 2 Pandora customers.

First of all, I have to mention Pandora’s customer service. I honestly can’t believe such a well-known jewelry brand could have such disappointing service. The first time I called, no one picked up. Later, someone finally answered and promised to email me the next day — but I never received anything. After that, I called several more times. While they did answer, their responses were vague and repetitive, and I didn’t receive any real help. I also tried using the live chat, but they read my message and didn’t reply. All I want is to return an item I purchased but wasn’t satisfied with.

I have never been so disrespected in my life in dealing with retail. Katie, the store manager at Pandora Pinecrest location, was awful. Not only did she racially profile my two eight year old daughters and myself. Her customer service was nonexistent, wouldn’t honor Pandora’s policies and for no reason. Thankfully the staff at Beachwood mall was more than willing to stand up for what was right and honor the policies that Pandora has in place. For your jewelry needs please visit the staff at Beachwood place.
