I have never been so disrespected in my life in dealing with retail. Katie, the store manager at Pandora Pinecrest location, was awful. Not only did she racially profile my two eight year old daughters and myself. Her customer service was nonexistent, wouldn’t honor Pandora’s policies and for no reason. Thankfully the staff at Beachwood mall was more than willing to stand up for what was right and honor the policies that Pandora has in place. For your jewelry needs please visit the staff at Beachwood place.

Poor quality. I purchased my wife a Pandora bracelet and charms as a gift and the clasp on the bracelet lasted one week. They replaced the bracelet straight away this time we got two weeks out of the clasp before it broke also.  My wife is totally turned off Pandora now due to the extreme Poor quality. She said she’s too scared to even wear it so what is the point !?  I think that a Facebook page with no review section and no way to send a message is a telling sign of the lack of confidence in a company’s own product. I rang their head office in Australia and they simply advised to take back to store and exchange or get a refund and spend the money elsewhere.

TERRIBLE customer service. First of all, I ordered an e-card to be sent to a colleague, and instead they sent it to me. When I tried to call customer service, I was on the line 25 minutes before anyone picked up. Then they said that they couldn’t cancel the order, they could not change the email address, and I could not have a refund. They kept putting me on hold; altogether the call took 45 minutes. And then finally when I said it’s Pandora’s fault that they sent it to the wrong email address and I want to talk to a supervisor and then the guy on the line who I could barely understand, said oh sorry I can’t hear you. You’ll have to call back at a later time. Hung up on me. Horrible company. Do not buy from them. There’s so many other places to get jewelry and you’ll be treated better.

SwWasn’t allowed in store not even to look because there were already 2 patrons inside. Associates then conversed in Spanish. And said no entry. So rude went across to Swarovskis was treated beautifully and spent close to 500.00. I guess Pandora doesn’t need business

If I could rate 0 I would. My story is going on for over 4 months. Too long to explain. Global and North American offices don’t respond. Customer service can’t do much.

Charged me 3 times and then sent email saying they canceled order with no reason given. I finally got to talk to someone and they said it was out of stock and I should get a refund in3-5 days. The necklace is STILL on their website for sale. Be careful

Purchased a bracelet on a Sunday. I found another bracelet at another store for a better price so I decided to return. They have a 30 day return policy on unused items. As I hand to representative she looks at it snd says it looks dirty. She then goes to another area out of my view. After she returns she says after viewing under a magnifying glass scratches are seen but not visible to the human eye. I explain the item was not worn so that is not possible. The manager then places it next to a showroom piece and claims color looks dull. I continue to let them know this is not true and I want a refund. After a few minutes the manager says give me your Id I will issue a refund this time. This is insane and a tactic to not issue refunds as posted.

Foarte dezamagita! Am un lant roz achizitionat din argint aurit, nu il pot purta, in 2-3 ore dupa ce il pun la gat pielea se inroseste și fac vezicule. De asemenea sunt locuri in care s-a matuit și innegrit, chiar si o depunere verzuie. Desi am informat compania de aceasta situatie, refuza sa isi asume raspunderea!

I have a rose gold bracelet with about 20 charms mixed between silver, rose gold, and gold. The bracelet lost color in parts and the rose gold charms stained the silver ones. I contacted customer service and they only tell you that they do not cover damage due to use. I keep the entire bracelet in its original box and only wear it on certain occasions. Many of the pieces are gifts. Customer service does not respond for anything and only apologizes. Pandora is quite expensive for the quality of what they are selling. Not recommended. I will never buy a piece again.

What a joke. They recently had a managerial change and the new guy is such a jerk. Please bring back the old manager Zaria or make Sadie the manager. They know how to treat clients.

Unfortunately I’ve just had a really bad customer service experience with Pandora. I placed an order guaranteed delivery for Valentine’s Day. The order never came. When I called to enquire my order I was told yes I can see it’s got lost but I can’t replace it. I’ll have to refund the order. This ment I would have to replace the order on line and lose out on the offer I had before (free item with so much spent) so I expressed my annoyance with this and asked could they not just replace my original order please. His response was for me to do it myself then call back (another 30mins unneeded phone call) for him to add the item onto my order (apparently he can do this but he can’t just issue the order again). Again not being happy with this I asked to speak to a manager. 9 days and 3 Emails later I got a call. No better response, they can’t replace only refund. Valentines long gone now so it seems pointless. I wouldn’t have been so annoyed if this was dealt with appropriately, however both employees I spoke to were unhelpful. No happy resolution made.

My daughter pruchased a ring and after a couple month, the paint it is already pealing off. She went to the store yesterday and they won't honor the warranty.

I bought a ring on January 11th and tried to return it January19th. Never wore it as I could not ger it over my finger with arthritis. So decided to take it back. They said they could not take it back. It has never been on my finger. They didnt believe me. Very angry about this. They said to try to sell it. I would take a loss. Would really like customer service to take care of this. Thank you

Multi-year subscriber. Service ok but it's easier to cancel cable TV. Worthless, unethical mobile cancelation steps and bot-based chat designed to prevent cancellation.

I brought a earring fot the amount $140.00 and got a free bracelets in Pandora's located at N.Shore mall in Peabody at pandoras promotional policies and nobody informed that if they return purchased items that qualified them for a "free" bracelet or promotional item, the free item must also be returned. This can lead to frustration, especially if the terms of the promotion were not explained clearly at the time of the purchase

I placed 2 charms in my cart I was interested in. I moved one after to wish list and placed my order total 43.00 with my 9.99 shipping. When I received my email confirm it added the other charm now total 143.00. I called customer service right away and the rude CSR rep said I can either take it to the store for a return or sell it off at UPS???????? That Defeats the purpose of paying extra to ship to have it home delivered. Stupid Policy for a jewelry store especially since it was literally within 2 min of the order it was Still processing.

I do not recommend doing business with this company. They have terrible customer service. I took advantage of a holiday promotion they were running which included a free bangle with purchase. The charms and bangle were gifts for my daughter. But when she tried on the bangle, it was too small. When I went back to the store to exchange it for a larger one, they said they didn't have anymore of those bangles and they wouldn't substitute it for another bangle of comparable price. They hung me out to dry! I won't be buying another Pandora product again. They seem to have zero respect for their customers.

I purchased a Spider-Man charm before the summer , the brazalete is only used weekends. Two weeks ago, begining of December. The hanging Spider-Man breaks off from the little ring. I am told by the member of staff that sold it to me and by the member of staff on duty last week that it will be exchanged, to keep an eye when there will be back in stock. I did not keep the receipt. And I told them that. They both said it was ok. I went in today as I saw they had it in stock to be told they would not replace it without a receipt. Not impressed at all.!!!!
