Pandora expecting me to do their job My item didn't arrive when it said it has been delivered. I contacted Pandora's online chat who said there is nothing they can do until I contact Royal Mail. Why do I need to contact Royal Mail?? They shipped the parcel, I'm not Royal Mail's customer Pandora is. Why I am expected to chase their supplier? If they had any decent customer service they would be in contact with the people they shipped the parcel with finding a proof of delivery and getting back to me (their customer) on where my item is. Now I'm down money without a gift for my friend they expect me to waste my time doing their job. I'm waiting for a call back from their management...i'm not holding my breath!

went to Pandora to buy my daughter a bracelet to have it in grade on it. Well, we noticed with the gold plated that it was scratching off so I took the bracelet back to Pandora, where they told me they wasn’t responsible for that and that I would just have to eat it, and buy another charm, there is no way I would ever do business with Pandora again because they don’t stand by the product. The only thing they’re good for is selling it and giving you a free jewelry clean but they do not stand by their product. At least that’s what I learned in Brandon town center in Brandon Florida , I spoke with the manager and she was just like Eat it I’m when I told her I was going to Google review she said so what

I bought a beautiful ring in Pandora store in Katy, Texas. I used for 25 days, and not every day, and one of the stones has fallen! When I bought it, I was in the US on vacation and the manager told me clearly "if something happens with the ring, you can change in any Pandora in the world if is in the warranty". Ok, so 25 days the problem happened and one of the stone fell! I was in my country where I went to many different Pandora shops and all of them told me the same: "I'm sorry, we cannot change it as you didn't buy it in this shop". Not happy with it, I brought to a professional jewellery where I would pay to replace the stone. He saw the ring and told me: "this came with a defect that I cannot fix it! You need to contact Pandora". Tired about it but still positive that I would have a solution, I'm in contact with Pandora US since September 05th 2023, and they didn't give any solution for it! Every time they ask me to contact a different person or area from Customer support. Then, they asked me to contact Pandora from my country. I did, and they don't change it because the jellewery's rules here are different than the US and I bought in the US. Then, they said they cannot delivery a new ring for me. A gift card wouldn't work either as it is just valid for the US and I don't live there! In other words, this company is TERRIBLE! I have a really expensive ring in the warranty, without a stone, that I cannot use it and they cannot do anything? Is a joke! I rate Pandora and I would never buy anything there never in my life!

Δυστυχώς το βραχιόλι το κούμπωμα ανοίγει πολύ συχνά απο μόνο του . Έχω χάσει 2 φορές ποσά σύμβολα αξίας . Το είχα δώσει για επισκευή στο επίσημο τεχνικό τμήμα της Pandora μέσω του καταστήματος στην Ερμού , Σύνταγμα και το κράτησαν 1 μήνα για να μου το επιστρέψουν με το ίδιο ακριβώς πρόβλημα . Κοροϊδία .. ενημέρωσα κ η απάντηση ήταν ότι έχει επισκευαστεί . Κ πριν 2 μέρες άνοιξε πάλι το κούμπωμα ενώ ήμουν έξω , άργησα να το καταλάβω με αποτέλεσμα να δω πάλι το βραχιόλι ανοιχτό στο χέρι μου χωρίς κανένα σύμβολο . Απογοήτευση από το customer service και το τεχνικό τμήμα τέτοιας εταιρείας

Insanely repetitive. They really need to broaden out their music offerings. It has taken songs I love, and made them in to songs I can't stand because I have heard them excessively. There is so much music out there-stop acting as if there isn't.

Went to Pandora in Temecula, California last week to get a bracelet and charm for my daughters 21st birthday. Wasn’t sure if the size of her wrist cause it’s smaller than mines. She took a link or two off to make it smaller. I specifically asked if it was too small what can she do. She told me to bring it back to add a link back on. My daughter went in today and they refused to add another link on because my daughter had to bring it in unworn, still in the package. The bracelet is too tight and unwearable. Not what was told to me. The customer service there is terrible as well. Disappointed. My 3rd time at Pandora and probably won’t be returning.

My mom gave me a gift from five years ago from Pandora. I live 90 minutes from the nearest store and returned the bracelet because it wasn't my style. They gave me a receipt that was the gift card. I went back a couple of years later with my daughter thinking she could pick something out (she lives in a different state but loves Pandora). They said that they couldn't use the receipt because they changed to physical gift cards. They said they would check into it and let me know how they could fix it. Needless to say, they never got back to me. I phoned them a couple of times and the manager never returned my calls. Since then I emailed 3 different times asking what I could do about replacing the receipt with the gift card. I NEVER hear back from anyone although I get an email saying someone will get back to me. I drove out another time and they promised to resolve it and never got back to me. This is a $300.00 credit. These people of crooks - its frustrating especially since my mom is on a fixed income and should not have spent the money in the first place. Shame on pandora!

Went into swords dublin Pandora to exchange necklace with gift receipt for a longer style. Told not in stock (the longer style) by assistant - and that I would have to phone every day to see when it might come in as they have no control over orders. Asked if they could call me, she said no. They don’t call customers. Went back two days later to see other items was shown another necklace but did not like it. Again told my preferred item not in stock and have to keep phoning as no other stores have my preferred item in stock. So… who knows when new stock arrives or what it may be as the shop admitted they have no idea. With a 30 day limit on refunds, no idea if what I want to exchange to will come into a store I decided to get a refund with the original receipt. The most unhelpful staff, rubbish after sale service and will never use Pandora again.

I ordered two items totaling 200$. I received the much less expensive one and that’s it. I paid extra for a note written, and didn’t get it. The order sticker I got in the package listed both items. They’re screwups in every sense of the word. Even the one I got looks different than the one online. I talked to customer service to get it shipped out again but it’s going to be a week. Meaning I’m going to not have my full present for my second anniversary. I don’t understand how such a well know company can be such massive idiots. Order from somewhere else. Don’t trust them.

I have had the worst experience of customer service I have ever received today at the Pandora Watford store. I went the store with my daughter to purchase a birthday gift. We browsed the store them went to the centre till area where we saw a charm we wanted to have a look at, the lady was helping 2 other customers and had the tray out with the charm we wanted to look at on. I asked if we could have a look whilst the tray was out, to which the assistant replied “ I can only serve one customer at a time”. This is fair enough, but she was very curt and never even looked up at me. We then waited but the I saw another assistant had become free and the desk at the back of the store so we made our way over, I smiled and hadn’t even get a word out of my mouth when she looked at me rudely and said “that lady was here before you” bearing in mind we had now been in the store for about 20 mins and I saw the lady just walk in! I then tried to explain that we had been waiting to be attended to, she basically ignored me and carried on attending to the other customer. My daughter and I then walked back to the centre till, the assistant continued to look up at me as she could see I was not happy and then proceeded to shout across the store, there is a sign over there hat tells you where to cue!! She was so rude and I was so angry that I then left the store without making the purchase I wanted to. Both assistants were very rude, lacked any kind of customer service training and quite frankly are not fit to serve customers. Pandora, absolutely disgusting, you have just lost yourself a very good customer who buys regularly for birthdays, Christmas and throughout the year. You seriously need to contact you Watford branch and deal with your RUDE staff. Will be making a formal complaint.

RIDICULOUS Customer Service started chat with rep Stephen. My concerns were that I purchased a final sale item and w/in 60 days the stones fell out. Stehen stated that I could get a replacement, but doesn't look like it is in stock, I found it on their page and asked if I could get that one there and he stated 'no' I asked why since they were the same product, he stated the difference was the price. I said outside that what is the difference, he said the item code, I said but it is the same product and he then provided me with the customer service number, thanked me and disconnected. NEVER addressing my concerns. I called the 866 # and got Barbara who asked me to explain my concerns, as explaining she over road me to tell me sorry for my experience and hung up. I called back and got Marthe who I only asked to talk to a supervisor at this point, she than kept me on the phone for 6 min in silence (I could hear her breathing) and continued to tell me she was waiting for a supervisor and then hung up. I finally got Charlene who explained everything, there was a warranty, and she did go over the options with a knowledge of the products. 1 out of 4 customer service reps knew their stuff and answered my questions. I will not buy here again.

The bracelet was bought 8 months ago for weekend wear is stretched extra 2cm.( almost an inch) and kept falling off my wrist. I asked for a replacement under 1 year warranty and the store manager Robert in Arcadia California told me the metal bracelet is stretched almost an inch due to excessive force. This is the most ridiculous explanation I have ever heard . Can anyone stretch metal an inch ? The bracelet is expensive, does not last long and I felt cheated . Pandora does not stand behind their products and they never plan to honor the warranty. I need to file a formal complaint with BBB to let others know before they make the same mistake

SO DISSATISFIED. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a bracelet and returned it. After waiting 2 weeks and hearing nothing (even though the UPS tracking showed they'd received it) I contacted them through their chat. I was told to continue waiting and that he could see the refund was in process. I waited and then chatted them only to be told the very same information. A few days later I received an email stating that I was given a gift card for the full amount of the purchase. Not a refund, but a gift card?!? I replied by email twice with absolutely no response. I spoke to a customer rep who told me that since it was final sale (it was NOT marked that on their website) that they were offering me a gift card as a "courtesy". I went around and around with him explaining that neither the website nor the order email I received showed anything about final sale. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and went around and around with her. She insisted that there was nothing they could do. This is FRAUD. They are legally obligated to refund the purchase price including tax. Offering a giftcard does not relieve them of their legal obligation. She told me she would send this on to be reviewed by "the team" and I could call back in 3 days. I don't want the gift card because I do not want to ever purchase anything from this company again. SO DISSATISFIED.

I felt insulted the way I was treated just because I AM ASIAN , RACIST. I bought worth of $800 Pandora accessories for my three kids as a gift. My son didn’t like the charms but decide to kept just the black bracelet , my youngest one likes her ring , but my eldest didn’t like any of them . So I decided to return the item at Fairview Point Claire were I purchased them. I was told by a sales lady EMILY that I need a proof of purchase in able to return, but in my surprise what she really want me to show her is that small piece of paper that comes out from the debit machine. I used my CC , she said that “ she doesn’t need any other proof of purchase 🧾 except that small price of paper from the debit machine because she need that special code from the print out. I keep on telling her that , I have the proof from my email that the Pandora send. The full information is written right there. She keep on insisting that , what ever I have is not acceptable and she can only except exchange or issue me a gift card. I keep on telling her that I have no intention of going for both because I have NO NEED of them at the moment, and still she keep on saying that , “ you still have a few weeks to locate that piece of paper and you have a whole year to decide what to buy once I accepted that gift card”. So in my prostration I admit I kind of loose it and blur out and swear ( f) a few times but not meant for her but to that stupid POLICY OF PANDORA that she keep on insisting. I can’t believe that for my 34 years of shopping and returning goods , this is the very first time that I encountered this kind of POLICY that she keep on repeating. Even told me that she is not the one implementing this POLICY but the PANDORA itself. So out of my curiosity I called PANDORA ROCKLAND MALL/ EATON CENTER / CARREFOUR LAVAL and asked this three FRANCHISE location about there return policy. All of them said exact same thing “ once you are into the system and you lost your original receipt ( any receipt for that matter) and you receive your receipt to your email that is acceptable because all the information they needed is written right there. So I went back and told her that I contacted 3 Pandora store and was told that email receipt is good enough and still for goodness sake , SHE IS REALLY STICKING TO HER OWN POLICY OF NO ORIGINAL RECEIPT, NO REFUND. And even told me that every PANDORA store has their own policy. So me being stubborn, I told her I need to speak to her manager , and she said that she already spoken to her manager and said exactly same thing “NO RECEIPTS ON HAND, NO REFUND “ and I insisted that I am not moving out from there until I talk to her manager myself, then she said “ she can’t disturb her manager bec. today is her day off and can’t be reach “ , didn’t she just told me that , she just spoke to her”? So I am really getting prostrated and annoyed, this kind of RACIST HAS TO STOPPED. So I told her that I am not moving anywhere, and I even told her that if she wanted to call the security or police on me, by all means do so. I am not vandalizing or harming anyone, I am simply staying because I know that I AM RIGHT. So finally she went inside ( maybe called her manager again ) and when she came back , she SCAN the bar CODE on my receipt from my email and start processing my refund. Alleluia !!! she can process my refund without my original receipt . So before going further from the store I check my online CC transactions if my refund of worth $500 something are in the system, I am pretty sure I saw it there, but when I look back again at my CC transactions just now 11:45pm the amount disappeared, I don’t see that refund amount from PANDORA . I will wait a day or two and I will check again . SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING AT PANDORA FAIRVIEW POINT CLAIRE .

just got back from Cheshire oaks and I have never had such a bad experience in my life two people serving, one spent 20 min with a young man taking pictures of tray after tray on his mobile phone at least six people walked out in disgust and wear very vocal when I complained I was told it was staff sickness, I will never go to that shop again.

I will never shop at your stores again. I have been a customer for years when Pandora was in Jared's and before. You are treated like a criminal if you want to return something and they make up return policies depending on the store and your color. I was visiting New York from FWD Texas and I bought two New York charms from the Herald Square Store. I asked about the return policy and was told if my sister didn't like I was told could return to any store. Which it clearly says on my receipt. I was told today at the Hurst store in Fort Worth Texas they can't accept the charm form New York because it's specially made in New York. Why was I not told that. I can't return the other one because I no longer have the prepaid Visa Gift-card I used. I asked couldn't they return the balance to another card and was told no. What if my card had been comprised and account closed they would be able to use that card then what? All this was told to the clerk from someone in the back who NEVER came out just kept telling people what to tell me.
