They don't honor sale/gifts. I ordered 3 charms yesterday during a sale and the items claimed to be in stock. Today I work up to and email saying the "free" gift was cancelled it the rest of the order is fine. I called to see if there was a different store I could pick up the item that was cancelled or choose another the answer was no. They couldn't do anything. How is that customer service?? Can't change the item or the store I choose to pick it up? I than ask to cancel the order and they said they can't I would have to wait for it to be shipped out and return it. I'm totally done with Pandora and closing my credit card with them.

I decided to invest in a company that promised me a 100% guarantee of their services and the potential to make a significant profit. However, I encountered an issue when they requested an additional payment via SMS that I was unsure about. Fortunately, a friend introduced me to Spectrum-Crest, a reputable company that I reached out to for assistance. Thanks to their help, I was able to recover my savings.

Pandora steals and does not honor their promotions, they have very poor customer service, and if you don't insist, they neither send the products nor refund the money. Horrible, thieves

Do not buy Pandora jewelry online. I purchased a 4,000 piece of jewelry and to my surprised the package arrived without any jewelry in it. Customer service is giving me the run around and acts like their loss is grater than mine. I will never order from them again.

This place ripped you off I paid $17 for 1 to 2-day shipping not 3-day shipping and then they tried to tell me that there's a one-day extra it was supposed to be a birthday gift and they will not refund the $17 shipping I paid it was a smart charm for $17 it should have been overnighted to me not put on a truck these people are joke

Customer service is horrible! No returns after a month for DEFECTiVE items. The sales ladies are nice in the store, until you come back for a return. Then, the nasty attitude surfaces. Not buying one single piece again. The quality has also declined after the pandemic. It's sad that this company doesn't stand for their overpriced items!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I purchased earrings and within 45 days, 1 broke. Went back to the store and was told I had to call for repair or replacement. I purchased the coverage insurance. 2 months later and still unable to reach customer service for help. Each call, I'm put on a never ending hold. I have purchased a lot of merchandise from this company and spent thousands of dollars. They just lost a great customer. I will never patron another Pandora store and I have posted same on Facebook. My friends are shocked and saddened to learn this. So appears they may lose more customers.

I will never ever buy Pandora again and will tell as many people I can of your bull s**te return policy, which means you sell sub standard quality items and hide behind people's in ability to prove the flaws. In the meantime, i will contact my card provider and have the jewellery assessed by an independent jeweller.

Horrible customer service, this has happened to me twice I bought 4 charms and purchased 4 gift boxes to give to my friends, the charms showed up but without the boxes, I called 3 times in 2 months to receive the boxes I paid for each time they said they would put in a request for them still haven’t received the first 5 I purchased at Christmas, so this is 2 shipments without boxes and gift cards and $700 later this will be my last purchase from Pandora. It would be so simple for them to fix the error.

Horrific customer service, product is extremely low quality with stones falling out and then months of delay for replacement. Will never purchase again and counsel everyone I know not to either.

I had purchased a bracelet from Pandora. The clasp on the original bracelet kept coming open and didn't close correctly. I was able to return the bracelet and received a new one. This bracelet also had issues with the clasp. while wearing it the bracelet fell off and was lost.

Customer service is deplorable. Have to wait for them to resolve an order with UPS that was never delivered before I can get a refund. Then wait another 10-14 days to have it refunded once resolved. Have been a customer for years building bracelets for myself, my granddaughters and other family members/friends. You have lost a customer.

I used to be a pandora Stan but earlier this year my husband and I bought their red heart collection and all the metal tarnished! I’m afraid the quality isn’t what it used to be 🥲 my red heart bracelet also snapped and broke. So heart broken. We are currently doing our research to find a different jewelry retailer to buy jewelry from that is affordable but won’t tarnish or break from daily wear and tear.

Music was fine and I understand you need advertisers, but the commercial should be in ENGLISH!!! THAT IS AWFUL YOU PLAY SPANISH!! ANY OTHER language other than ENGLISH is WRONG!!

So my boyfriend bought me £500 worth of Pandora. They send on the website it will take around 8-9 business days till it comes. First problem, it took two weeks for not even half of the stuff to come, and we are still waiting for the rest to come. Second problem was that they were fake. I wish I could be lying but they were fake as they made my finger turn green. Third problem: my gold ring turned silver, which for what i know off should not happen to a good quality ring. I would like to say, just go to the store and do not pay online because it will rip you off with fake jewellery. That's disgusting and horrible of you Pandora .

Pandora Wimbledon are holding my ring hostage after I brought it to the store in October 2023 to be repaired. All staff (particularly the manager) have been extremely rude, refusing to accept there was a mistake made and not a single apology issued for the long wait time for getting the ring fixed after they admitted they lost the ring. Staff were so rude to me that I left the store multiple times in floods of tears. I visited the store about 7 times from October 2023 to May 2024 and staff were rude each time demanding I paid more money to get the ring fixed, calling me a liar and gaslighting me into believing I was the one in the wrong. The ring holds massive sentimental value, I have had it for over 5 years and the store will not let me take my ring back. I have rung customer helpline and nothing has been done other than an empty promise that they will look into it. Not a single apology issued for the upset caused and still not returning my own property to me. Awful.
