Pandora Wimbledon are holding my ring hostage after I brought it to the store in October 2023 to be repaired. All staff (particularly the manager) have been extremely rude, refusing to accept there was a mistake made and not a single apology issued for the long wait time for getting the ring fixed after they admitted they lost the ring. Staff were so rude to me that I left the store multiple times in floods of tears. I visited the store about 7 times from October 2023 to May 2024 and staff were rude each time demanding I paid more money to get the ring fixed, calling me a liar and gaslighting me into believing I was the one in the wrong. The ring holds massive sentimental value, I have had it for over 5 years and the store will not let me take my ring back. I have rung customer helpline and nothing has been done other than an empty promise that they will look into it.
Not a single apology issued for the upset caused and still not returning my own property to me. Awful.
