“I had bought a Pandora bracelet years ago, and I filled it up with all of my favorite charms and then one day at the grocery store. The class was a little bit loose and somehow I lost it and I was absolutely devastated. I bought a new bracelet, but it didn’t really fit my wrist and it wasn’t comfortable for me, but then I saw on an advertisement you had these link bracelets or what you call ME link bracelets and I thought that that was the bracelet for me that’s my style… So I ordered the bigger one with an extra link and I was thrilled when I got it in the mail that they also sent me as a gift the smaller link bracelet. I only have one charm at this point and it’s the four leaf clover charm and I picked that in memory of family that is passed on because I am Irish and my great grandparents immigrated from Ireland and so I think of that charm as my family. I am, however, in love with that little coffin charm that I saw on your site but right now I’m going through treatment and money is tight but when things are better, I’ll be buying more charms at least a couple to add to my Emmy large link bracelet. But it is so me it is so comfortable and every time I look at it, it makes me happy so thank you. Thank you for knowing that women are all shapes and sizes and styles and colors and that’s what makes your jewelry so unique because it can fit anyone’s style, and all that that entails… Thank you… Sara”

“I visited Pandora at International Mall. Amy was awesome. I wasn't ready to buy but had questions about the jewelry and prices. Usually when I say I'm not sure if I'm going to buy the clerks disappear. But Amy stayed with me and answered all my questions. I'm definitely going back to purchase a bracelet and charms.”

“Went to uxbridge pandora today Saturday 3rd may to purchase some charms . We were served by this wonderful store assistant who was very chatty she asked about my other bracelets i was wearing and what woderful customer service she gave us.unfortunately we do not know her name as it wasn't on the receipt but her terminal number wasGBMT000302 .I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to this time”

“I visited the pandora store in Bristol yesterday. I was served by a lovely kind and patient store assistant. I bought several items, including a ring and an engraved charm. The assistant was called Anna and they said they had only just started in the store. Only being there for a couple of days. As a retired pandora assistant from Yeovil, I understood the pressures and expected hoops you have to jump through on a daily basis. Anna was exceptional under the pressure of a busy store with out much backup from other staff. I say this as the other staff were serving and there were plenty of people looking around browsing needing attention. At no point did Anna do the hard sell and look great care ensuring I was happy with my purchase. I hope Pandora looks after this lovely lady. Date of experience: 24 April 2025”

“I came in today to do an exchange and was pleasantly approached by Ashtyn at your Auburn Hills location inside Great Lakes Crossing Mall. I just wanted Pandora to know that she is a great asset to your company. I was very pleased with her caring and warm customer service. We as customers need more people like Ashtyn. Her staff also were pleasant. Genesis especially…A1 customer service with both of these young ladies.”

“Have bought of pandora in store multiple times over the years but recently purchased 3 rings online that were to be shipped from Australia. I was pleasantly surprised when my products arrived within 3 days after being shipped from Austalia to Newzeland. Everything was beautifully packaged and all rings were true to size. Will definitely recommend online purchases!”

“Nicole always helps me find exactly what I’m looking for and sometimes I end up walking out with more than I planned on… but with her help I’ve been able to make my bracelets look amazing as well as the others I’ve purchased as gifts the staff is always so welcoming and helpful thanks again Fresno mall Pandora staff”

“I would just like to say credit where credit is due I recently took some of my Pandora jewellery to the store in Sutton Coldfield they didn’t put pressure on me to send it away to be cleaned I wanted to see if it all came back like new and oh my god it certainly did I am absolutely delighted with how beautiful it looks again well worth the money I will definitely be sending more of my items to be cleaned fabulous is all I can say.”
