“Nicole always helps me find exactly what I’m looking for and sometimes I end up walking out with more than I planned on… but with her help I’ve been able to make my bracelets look amazing as well as the others I’ve purchased as gifts the staff is always so welcoming and helpful thanks again Fresno mall Pandora staff”

“I would just like to say credit where credit is due I recently took some of my Pandora jewellery to the store in Sutton Coldfield they didn’t put pressure on me to send it away to be cleaned I wanted to see if it all came back like new and oh my god it certainly did I am absolutely delighted with how beautiful it looks again well worth the money I will definitely be sending more of my items to be cleaned fabulous is all I can say.”

“Wooow! Today I went to the new location at hoogstraat it is super nice! It now its called totoro not pandora anymore. They did an amazing job ! And the shop is super clean. It matches much more with the quality of aplying the nail polish Chen did an amazing job at my french pedicure😍”

“I ordered two lovely rings and a pair of beautiful earrings from Pandora, on the 3 for 2 offer. I forgot to say they were gifts when I ordered them. I went on Pandora’s online chat and explained this. The person I chatted with was extremely helpful and quickly amended my order for me, adding the three gift boxes and bags. Both the package with the gift boxes/bags and my beautiful jewellery arrived really quickly. I am very happy with my purchases and what’s not to love when one of them is free. Thank you so much Pandora I will definitely order from you again. One very happy customer 😊”

“I visited your Bedford store last week looking for a ring for my partners birthday. The service I received from Amy was impeccable! I was really struggling with what to get as I don't have much of an eye for jewellery, the recommendation that Amy made paid off! My partner absolutely loves her ring! “I've never experienced any.problems with any of the items I have bought. My experience of the online store has been good and the products come quickly. It was slightly longer just before Christmas but then the postal service was much busier and they probably were too. I've found the store staff in 4 different stores I have been to helpful.”

“I love to shop at pandora in Harlow, the staff are so friendly and always rushed to open the doors for me as sometimes it is a struggle with my wheelchair. The staff can't do enough for you, they are so helpful and cheerful, if you have never been in a Pandora store please try it I promise you wont be disappointed.”
