TERRIBLE customer service. First of all, I ordered an e-card to be sent to a colleague, and instead they sent it to me. When I tried to call customer service, I was on the line 25 minutes before anyone picked up. Then they said that they couldn’t cancel the order, they could not change the email address, and I could not have a refund. They kept putting me on hold; altogether the call took 45 minutes. And then finally when I said it’s Pandora’s fault that they sent it to the wrong email address and I want to talk to a supervisor and then the guy on the line who I could barely understand, said oh sorry I can’t hear you. You’ll have to call back at a later time. Hung up on me. Horrible company. Do not buy from them. There’s so many other places to get jewelry and you’ll be treated better.
