I purchased a Spider-Man charm before the summer , the brazalete is only used weekends. Two weeks ago, begining of December. The hanging Spider-Man breaks off from the little ring. I am told by the member of staff that sold it to me and by the member of staff on duty last week that it will be exchanged, to keep an eye when there will be back in stock. I did not keep the receipt. And I told them that. They both said it was ok. I went in today as I saw they had it in stock to be told they would not replace it without a receipt. Not impressed at all.!!!!

Purchased a bracelet with a heart clasp Nov 14, 2024 for a Christmas gift. The bracelet was too small. Took to Pandora store Dec 26, 2024 for an exchange. They didn't have the heart clasp in a larger size, so I got the barrel clasp. Eventhough both were the exact SAME regular price, I had to pay an addition $23 dollars for the replacement. That does not seem fair. Pandora is a ripoff. I am not happy!!

Do not buy this necklace. Your hair will get caught in it and it will hurt. They refused to refund to me even tho it hurts.

Really disappointed at their customer service at Bay Plaza. When you buy from them they are nice. Until you have to return. They gaslight you into buying something else. Or they give you the worst attitude. SHAME ON YOU Pandora!

Disgusting customer service. There was a glitch on their website and they refused to acknowledge or accommodate me after I spent hundreds of dollars on items I very much wanted. In the end I was the one that was inconvenienced by their mess and they acted like they did not want my service. Terrible experience and I will not be shopping there again.

I came in today to do an exchange and was pleasantly approached by Ashtyn at your Auburn Hills location inside Great Lakes Crossing Mall. I just wanted Pandora to know that she is a great asset to your company. I was very pleased with her caring and warm customer service. We as customers need more people like Ashtyn. Her staff also were pleasant. Genesis especially…A1 customer service with both of these young ladies.

Placed an order then about a week later saw on ups site it was delayed in new jersey. A week later saw on ups that the package was damaged and they would notify the sender. Forget trying to call customer service doesn't work and a store says they're unable to do anything. I finally used the chat and was told the item was no longer in stock so I requested my money back will see if that happens. This place has the worst customer service will not purchase from them again and this was my first time.

I purchased a gift for Christmas I paid for it it never arrived . They opened a new order I have no tracking and it takes days to reach the horrible customer service. Never order online it’s the worst nightmare I’ve been on the phone for two days I still have no jewelry and no resolve but it’s paid for.

Don't buy anything online. I got a defective Michigan charm where the Michigan is all rubbed off. Sure it was a final sale but said nothing about being defective and they have no more in stock they want to send me a e-card. That don't help for Christmas because I will never have it before then. They should have replaced it with a different Michigan one. Won't buy anything online again.

I have brought 4 bracelets from pandora and 2 of them are filled with all off pandora charms and 5 stackable rings. I was told I could get my jewelry cleaned for a lifetime. I go in today real early soon as they open. Young lady tells me we no longer clean jewelry. That’s bad business!!

I paid for my subscription two days ago and I am still receiving commercials. Very frustrating since there's no one to call! I've been a member for many years and wanted to come back, but now I'm thinking against it there's no one to reach or to help for customer support.
