I recently paid for expedited shipping to arrive in time for my daughter's birthday but due to their mistake the order was delayed and now wouldn't arrive in time for my daughter's birthday. Customer service wouldn't even help saying it's the fault of the shipping company, yet they can't just refund me the amount and have me just make the purchase at a local store. Such a complete waste of time. You're just better off heading into a store and calling it a day. Now I going to be that dad that shows up to his daughter's birthday party empty handed because of Pandora. This is an experience I will never do again and will never order form Pandora again
