Not happy
I ordered a bracelet online to collect in store at Crawley. When ordering it was in stock. A couple of days later I received an email to say it wasn't available. When I went to the store they said they don't have this in stock and I can only order online to be delivered. The special offer of a free charm expired the day before the email. Convenient.
When rating the bracelet that I never received on their website, my review didn't meet their criteria. Convenient.
