I loved Pandora jewelry for everyday wear. So very sad to discover they do not stand by their products. My husband bought me a cool leather bracelet that I could put charms on. I wore it daily. The clasp broke so I took it back. Bear in mind, the bracelet had Pandora stamped on the clasp.
Nope, nada, no way. I didn’t have the receipt, my husband had paid cash. No return, no exchange, no nothing. I will probably get the bracelet fixed, somehow, but ugh! It was not cheap, and cost $60.
I felt like I was shopping at Forever21, although they at least have the courtesy to tell you, at the point of sale, what is their return policy.
Pandora, great concept, dreadful customer service.
