Writing this review to let those know of Pandora's censorship. I submitted a Review on a pandora product and service and it was rejected for not "meeting there guidelines"
Why you might ask. How about I had a problem with delivery. So sent them a email explaining the situation .
Great you might think , response was a generic email. So sent another email explaining a little more clearly what the problem was. It was a very easy one to sort out. . Response the same generic email sent again.
It seems like many other reviews. The chance of a human actually reading and responding to customers quires by email is low.
Such a shame that your online customer service doesn't match the exceptional customer service I have received in stores on the many occasions in the past when buying jewellery.
