had an email saying they would deliver tuesday, i re-arranged for saturday which was very easy to do via their chat, i thought great! however i got the email the night before with my time slot, got up in the morning to an email saying it is not coming today as my item was not in the right place to be loaded onto their van,
after calling customer service i was basically told they can not do anything about it and they couldnt even rearrange so who knows when or if i will evey get my £350+ item.
avoid this company absolute joke.
