“Shambolic company
Failed delivery after I took days holiday to wait for them. 2nd delivery was late in day and guys stood and looked at wall, haven’t a knock and said can’t install TV as it’s a plasterboard wall. We’re told it was an external wall behind the plasterboard and surely this is normal. Said no and left. Clearly not qualified in anyway.
No apology or solution.”
“Delivery due today they called when I answered they hung up tried calling back after a long wait they answered saying they would be about 30 minutes several hours later no Delivery, driver turned off phone and customer service a joke. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow now won't hold my breath. If not delivered I'll be contacting my bank to get a refund as they have had my money I want my order. Dodgy company, I would avoid.”
“Extremely frustrating company failed my delivery two days in a row, even though I have a Concierge who is there waiting to accept deliveries. Just because I didn’t answer my phone on the second day after already advising that that’s okay I even offered to go and meet the drivers with my van and collect my item as I had people coming to install it today they still refused. They wasn’t working with me. Would avoid like a plague.”
“We got Panther as a third party from Amazon to deliver a washing machine, they said they attempted to deliver and knocked/took photos. We heard no knocking and when we asked for proof of photos they said they couldn’t find it or the order number. Have told Amazon not to use them again”
“Terrible. Delivered a SilentNight bed and then refused to assemble it. The website literally says: “All beds are taken to the room of choice and assembled.”

“I ordered a package of a bed cabinet a chest of drawers and a wardrobe but they’ve lost the wardrobe keep ringing them and they never ring me back it’s a joke and the delivery driver hadn’t a clue I recommend don’t use this company”
“If I could give zero stars I would. I am 100% sure they are running some sort of scam on amazon and amazon customers are the ones who suffer. I ordered a gift onsale for my son. I got a phone call today saying it was about to be delivered. I told them I was not home. He then argued with me saying I had scheduled this delivery time slot. I never spoke with anyone about a delivery. I told them to reschedule the delivery for tomorrow. Moments later my amazon order is updated as "customer refused delivery " I never refused anything! I asked for it to be rescheduled. My order is being sent back and I will be getting a refund in 7 days. Except now the item is £75 more than what I paid! They lie, are fraudulently "scheduling" orders and lieing to amazon about the customers response to the fraudulently scheduled delivery! I tried calling the customer service line, I waited forever in silence with no one to pick up. Definitely suspicious and fraudulent behaviour.”

“I don’t understand why companies continue to use these guys for any deliveries. They always come up with the same stories the day they’re supposed to deliver any package. “Your order from company A was not received into our depot in time for delivery”. They don’t deserve any star. This is the third order with them.”
