Extremely frustrating company failed my delivery two days in a row, even though I have a Concierge who is there waiting to accept deliveries. Just because I didn’t answer my phone on the second day after already advising that that’s okay I even offered to go and meet the drivers with my van and collect my item as I had people coming to install it today they still refused. They wasn’t working with me. Would avoid like a plague.
