Delivery time not kept. Waited on all day. Given an amended time of two hours delay and was told to "rest assured " that I would be contacted when the van was 30 - 60 minutes away. Not contacted. Tried to 'chat' then told that my query would be answered within 24 hours! How is that a "chat"? Tracking page not working. Men eventually arrived. Didnt have a good understanding of English. Over 8 hours late. Didnt know that they were collecting the old bed. Didnt know that they were to assemble the new bed. 'Assembled' the bed. My friend and I then had to assemble it ourselves. Left mus on several steps of my stair carpet. Left forty hand prints on the bed. This was a delivery for Sealy to whom I shall be complaining.

Despite booking a specific date and getting multiple reminders and texts (which verged on harassment) that I would be given a delivery slot the night before, I received a phone call 10 minutes before they were turning up and on the day before delivery was booked. I had to scramble to get someone to go to my house, as obviously I was not there - I work, to ensure the cardboard box was not left in the rain. When I rang customer service to see what was going on I was advised to email them - this is unacceptable. This was a Dunelm delivery so I will be complaining to them directly as Panther customer service doesn't deal with issues or complaints!

Shady company, refuses to install Samsung TV claiming electric cables in the wall (er, it's a chimney breast), based on cheap useless stud detector. Seems many others have issues with these same people. Bought next day delivery via Samsung, but Panther unilaterally booked in for two days later. Delivery drivers made me uncomfortable, seemed like a couple of crooks. Can see I'm not the only one who thinks so. Shame on Samsung for using this horrible company. If you order a TV from Samsung, don't pay for their installation service - find a professional, Panther cannot be trusted.

I would have given 0 stars if that was possible. Absolutely disgusting service from the company and its drivers. We were to be delivered a mattress today and it should have been a smooth experience. But this company has totally disappointed us. The driver refused to deliver the mattress to our 2nd floor bedroom as he was not advised by his company. The 2nd person accompanying him requested if he could see the way upstairs as he wanted to get an idea of how they were to bring the mattress, but this 2nd person not willing to do so. We have had previously been delivered 2 mattress on 2nd floor of our property and sofas on 1st floor of the property with no problem whatsoever. The driver was giving unnecessary attitude to me & my wife which is never appreciated as we have paid for the goods not been given it for free. This company does not know how to treat the customers who have paid for good & services. Then the driver said that i have harassed him as i asked to take the delivery of the mattress after disgusting attitude. The 2nd person along with the driver was apologetic as he understood the situation. The customer representative on call was equally responsible for the overall pathetic experience. I will be taking this further with formal complaints and legal actions against the company as the driver was recording me and even said that i was "harassing and threatening him". ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH AND DISGUSTING SERVICE. REFRAIN FROM USING THIS COMPANY AND ITS SERVICE. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT THIS COMPANY NEVER GETS A CHANCE TO DELIVER GOODS TO US IN FUTURE.

The delivery of our sofa was really bad on many levels. The delivery crew was unfriendly and at first refused to do the job they were paid for. We paid for assembly of the new sofa in the final location, for disposal of the old sofa and all rubbish. They didn't want to assemble the sofa and dispose of all rubbish and the old sofa. They said we didn't pay for those add-on services. We showed them proof. Then they said they didn't have the required tools with them. We insisted and somehow they did have the required tools after all and got to work. Instead of taking the old sofa apart, they tried to take it out in one piece and damaged our freshly painted walls. They also didn't remove all the rubbish and just left. When we complained to their customer service and handed over lots of photos, the invoice of the previous paint job from a few months earlier and a quote for the repairs, they said they only pay the £85 if we provide CCTV videos from the inside showing how the damage occurs. As if anybody would CCTV their whole flat. :-( Also customer support offers a WhatsApp contact for "quick replies" but it takes half a day at least to get a reply and that reply is usually no good. Choose a different company if you can and otherwise film everything.

I was order number 4043666152 if they want to challenge this. I paid extra £25 for morning delivery. The evening before they sent me an afternoon delivery slot. I had a webchat to explain and they said they would correct. The following day no arrival in the morning. Webchat again to be given an apology. Told them I didn't want an apology, I wanted the extra £25 delivery fee returned and an explanation why they failed to sort out despite my webchat the night before that was to avoid what happened. I was immediately disconnected from the webchat by a "Mariam". Appalling service.

They arrived with my new mattress but they decided before we opened the door to our house it would not go upstairs. After discussing the problem with the delivery team who were adiment it would not go upstairs. They contacted there customer service and after a 15 minute conversation still would not agree to the mattress being delivered at this point I told customer service person it would go upstairs all they had to do is put on a slant.and it would go upstairs. Customer services said any damage to the property would be my responsibility. Finally they begrudgingly took the mattress upstairs. It only took 5 minutes. What I did not like was the conversation between the delivery team In a language I couldn't understand. Finally l suffered a spinal accident and use a zimmer frame to show them how to do there job.I will now not buy anything delivered by this company.

Fridge freezer due 5 days ago has been "sent to the wrong depot". They have no idea where it is, was last scanned in their network 7 days ago. When asking for updates they just say you have to wait. This is the WORST delivery company I have even experienced in my life. They should be investigated by trading standards.

Waiting on a delivery of a bed . When decided to ask for a refund due to none delivery . Panther claim they tried to get in contact numerous times. No message left on house phone , mobil or by emails . Due to this the supplier deducted £60.00 from our refund saying we were to blame for the non delivery.. This company is a complete joke .

1 star is way too generous and half is not available for this outfit called panther, one absolutely not synonymous with its name. The team arrived in such a demeanour, extremely unhelpful, agressive, obnoxious to they extent that I asked them to leave with the sky glass, on the way out they said ‘we hope you have a terrible Christmas’ in-front of my 13 year old daughter! Imagine and all on my ring cameras. How can Panther hire such a crew, internal audit/ secret shopper required .. All in all and based on these reviews of real life Panther horror stories, Sky seriously needs to find a new partner in logistics as they are just simply ruining their reputation to the extent that soon we wont want to buy anything from Sky. Unbelievable but true.

Panther delivered Sky Glass. They were supposed to assemble the TV, put it on the stand and take away the packaging. I was away and my wife took the delivery. None of the above was done. They left the boxes and left without even offering to do what they were contracted to do. I complained to Sky. I also complained to Panther. Even then they wasted my time, asking for my full name. Then another message for my address and post code. Then another message giving me their complaints email address. Surely they could have done that without security checks? It's 6 days since I raised this complaint and 5 days since I emailed their complaint dept. Nothing has been done so I had to take the huge packaging to the tip as it was seriously littering my house and getting in the way. So they have gotten away with completely inconveniencing me, never mind the fact that when I returned from work I had to assemble the heavy 55 inch tv which was actually extremely difficult and took me two hours to do with my wife who is disabled. As you can understand I am NOT IMPRESSED.

Worst deliver company ever.Use them at your own peril.Ordered a fridge via Reliant Direct.Panther were meant to install it but made some excuse that pipework was not correct when I just had experienced plumber run the appropriate pipework.They had messed up the previous delivery and had to return and left fridge in middle of my kitchen unbeknown to me they broke my house sign and have been liasing with customer services who are appalling.No company should use their services and hope the amount of bad reviews companies will cease using them to save their customers grief.Stay well clear of any company using them otherwise you will pay the price.Now contemplating court proceedings

Absolutely joke of a company. Can not comprehend why someone chose this company to transport their goods. Rude customer service, changed delivery times and dates several times. Why bother operating this micky mouse business

Was told my delivery would be expected following day. Asked my boss to take off some work which was approved after a hassle of trying to find some one to cover me. Extremely let down when told as early as 9am the next day there was a failure with my item. Looked online for a review of Panther and it seems like a lot of other people are experiencing similar issues. Absolute waste of holiday.

Delivery was bang on time. The tracker was excellent and Neil and Silviu worked quickly and efficiently. They wore masks and even though they were in and out several times they always took their shoes on and off or blue over shoes on.

BEWARE! Package delivered yesterday. Slight damage but that was not the worst!! THREE LIVE MICE were inside it!!! Yes you have read this correctly. Panther Delivery Customer Service is diabolical. Tried to blame it on the supplier even though they admitted that the package was delivered by their drivers in their van. If you are going to use this company be warned, OPEN YOUR PARCEL WITH CARE, OUTSIDE YOUR PROPERTY.

I have had to cancel an order for a double bed that I made through QVC, as Panther Logistics refuse to deliver if you do not have a lift, and live above the third floor. I told them I was so glad that other companies did not adopt their regulations as I would be living in an empty flat. Sainsbury’s throughout this Pandemic has brought my online shopping to my front door, without a single negative comment, I also mentioned my husband before he retired used to be an ambulance driver, he climbed stairs, and never asked what floor do you live on, and do you have a lift. I am absolutely disgusted with this company’s customer service, and going by a lot of reviews I have since read so are a lot of other customers.
