“Great experience. Fantastic service and communication from Panther & regular text updates prior to delivery. Unfortunately delivery was unsuccessful due to error on our part, but Panther immediately got in touch to rearrange delivery for the next day. Delivery driver was courteous when I spoke to him on mobile and staff customer service were brilliant”
“Very good communication throughout and delivery of a new bed frame today went very smoothly indeed. They were well within the 2 hour delivery time frame given. I received the promised phone call stating they were 30 minutes away from the property. Two very pleasant and polite men....Tony and Jack I believe. Thank you. “Ordered a tv online, was informed when I would receive it and by whom. I received texts and emails with all my information. I was I formed of day and time of delivery , and that Andy, our driver, would ring 30 mins before he was due to arrive.
Andy did so, delivered exactly as expected, and Andy carried our very large box into our living room. He was lovely, friendly, and kindly explained the best way to remove tv from the box, and if he hadn’t we’d still be doing it hours later!
We hadn’t heard of Panther before but what a great company it is.
We are both elderly and Andy was wonderful, thank you young man 😊”

“After receiving confirmation of delivery of an American fridge freezer i saw the negative reviews of Panther on this site and ended up having a sleepless night as i had booked an upgraded delivery to install the new and remove the old appliance at a cost of £50. Well, I need not have worried. Two very pleasant young men arrived at their allotted time (i was able to track them to the door), they were efficient (the freezer weighs 100kg), polite and tidy. Old one out-new one in and a courtesy call from customer service to check I was happy before they left. I dont see how it could have been any better. I am very happy with the service I received.”
“I have read all the negative reviews, and cannot agree with any of them, the driver and his mate, Nas and Tariq were very polite, helpful and courteous, they were collecting a 65" tv to go for repair, in and out very quickly, took extra care not to cause any damage as it was quite awkward to get the large boxed tv out of my premise's, and they made sure all the paperwork was correct , I would defiantly use this company if I ever had to send a large fragile item”

“Great delivery, within the time window and as promised they called 30 minutes before arrival, despite challenge of steps to get to the flat and then negotiating the internal flat staircase, the team carefully carried the full heightSamsung fridge freezer upstairs and then took away the old one. The packaged box was unmarked and on unwrapping the fridge freezer was perfect and unmarked. Very pleased especially as last week I’d been let down by AO who failed to deliver despite assurances they would.”

They took the good to the house, unpacked it, put it in its right place in the room, took the packing away and left.
