“Oustanding service from Mr Sean Castleford at depo xenon group went out off his way for me .I was not at home and was ten minutes away and he waited for me and then went out of his way to install it for me even knowing that he is on a timer ...but he stood by the customer outstanding guy ...this guy needs to be in the management side ...not a driver ...”
“Cain & Sean delivered our sofas today what a fantastic team nothing was too much trouble very polite and friendly they phoned to say they were on there way and being able to track the delivery was great too. They assembled both the sofas together and set all up in no time. Having ordered the sofas 2wks ago in store and being told that delivery wouldn’t be until the beginning of March 2022 this was fantastic news that they were delivered today.

Also the way she conducted her self while dealing with a new guy that couldn't load her truck, was simply amazing to watch. She is beyond approach when it comes to be a professional in the field. “We had bought a sofa which BJS had ‘attempted’ to delivery. Having sent back the sofa because said company had been unable to gain access, Wafyfair resent the item out with this company - Panther. The two man team made short work of bringing in the 3 piece sofa suite, including the large sofa the other company found too heavy and too big to bring in.
No whinging - just straight down to business and professional!”
