I have read all the negative reviews, and cannot agree with any of them, the driver and his mate, Nas and Tariq were very polite, helpful and courteous, they were collecting a 65" tv to go for repair, in and out very quickly, took extra care not to cause any damage as it was quite awkward to get the large boxed tv out of my premise's, and they made sure all the paperwork was correct , I would defiantly use this company if I ever had to send a large fragile item
