Great delivery, within the time window and as promised they called 30 minutes before arrival, despite challenge of steps to get to the flat and then negotiating the internal flat staircase, the team carefully carried the full heightSamsung fridge freezer upstairs and then took away the old one. The packaged box was unmarked and on unwrapping the fridge freezer was perfect and unmarked. Very pleased especially as last week I’d been let down by AO who failed to deliver despite assurances they would.
