Despite booking a specific date and getting multiple reminders and texts (which verged on harassment) that I would be given a delivery slot the night before, I received a phone call 10 minutes before they were turning up and on the day before delivery was booked. I had to scramble to get someone to go to my house, as obviously I was not there - I work, to ensure the cardboard box was not left in the rain. When I rang customer service to see what was going on I was advised to email them - this is unacceptable. This was a Dunelm delivery so I will be complaining to them directly as Panther customer service doesn't deal with issues or complaints!
