I was due a delivery of a wardrobe on 3rd of August. I had five emails telling various reasons why the delivery couldn’t take place. I was then emailed to say they would delivery on 13 August. I tried to email to say I would not be able to take delivery on the 13 as I was in hospital all that day. I haven’t had a response from my email. I then telephoned the customer service department. They told me they couldn’t deliver before the 13 or after 13. That apparently was the Managers decision WHY!. They then suggested I telephone Wayfair, this I have done and they said the would try to sort it out. I think the service from your company totally appalling. P.Gillett
