It’s so frustrating the delivery delayed over 6 hours and whole day without any response to call customer hotline. Driver called only once when we were busy to take up the phone, he went away immediately. Customer service blamed they already called and we didn’t provide any alternative phone number. It is extremely bad experience and not helping us to rearrange the next day delivery. I need to wait another day to reschedule myself.
