Drivers were incredibly rude and refused to deliver a new bed to our flat in central London because they couldn't arrange local pay and display parking and couldn't get through the vehicle barrier (like most Westminster residents, we are still on a waiting list for a vehicle FOB here). Instead of walking 50-70m to our flat door, which I volunteered to help with, they refused and left me with 5 oversized packages on the street, one of which was damaged. An absolutely absurd reaction for an outfit delivering in London. Not the service you expect when you pay £50 for delivery!
