I had a 2 hour delivery slot - 5 minutes before the end of the slot I was called by their driver to say they’d be 45 minutes late as they were delayed at the depot. I said I’m pretty upset you didn’t let me know when you did - he said it’s not my fault - I’m just the driver. When they eventually arrived he wanted to put the tv up on the stand but it’s wall mounted and upstairs so he took it upstairs but wanted to put it on the stand again i said just leave it. He was in my spare room inches from my face and he said to me I don’t like the way you speak to me - You We’re rude to me on the phone and now you’re speaking to me like this. I asked him to leave. Gently and calmly. If I’d have been a man he’d never have spoken to me this way. Really unpleasant
