Damaged my floor and continued to avoid repairing it, putting up ridiculous policies regarding who can quote and how many quotes I needed before I could have compensation.
Called multiple times and they were awful, actually stated ‘that’s the way the cookie crumbles’ regarding damaging my floor and not repairing it.
