Company does not take complaints seriously.
When I complained that their staff left dirty hand marks on my walls and furniture I was told that as I did not have photographic or CCTV evidence they would not investigate. So much for a professional company that does not believe customers.
What happened to the customer is always right. All I wanted was an apology.
As regards a subsequent delivery of a single bed, I was told by the driver that they do not unpack or assemble despite this being on the delivery note. Eventually they relented and unpacked the bed and assembled it. All in all not a happy experience.
