How can panther expect 2 slim lads to deliver and install a very very heavy American fridge freezer without a truck or trolley to move it on. They should be investigated by the HSE.
Refused to remove old fridge so I had to remove the doors. Refused to remove the packing and remove doors on brand new 3k fridge freezer to get it in the house as they "only get 1p mins per job"!!
Use somebody else Samsung!
We paid extra for this and are now taking it up with Samsung.
