Failed to deliver item twice. First time because the van broke down. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for that, but I should have known better when it took them four hours after my delivery window for customer services contact me.
Delivery was rearranged for 2 days later and I received a text less than three hours before delivery to say it had been cancelled. I called customer services and the reason for cancellatin was the item had not been sent back to the depot be reloaded and they were unable to tell me when this might happen. To save my sanity I cancelled the whole order and am awaiting my refund.
A logistics company has one objective - to move things from seller to buyer. It would seem from the reviews I have since read that Panther regularly fail at the one and only hurdle. Talk about hopeless.
