2 star is too good for this company. Paid for evening delivery as extra
Driver on day refused to honour it as doesn't fit in with their route planning. Had to take hour unpaid of work to accept the delivery. Extremely rude delivery staff. Trying to now get a refund for specified evening delivery time.
