I have given this 1 star but deserves NO STARS :(. After a cock-up on delivering my American Fridge Freezer on 22/5 where they hadn't booked in the door removal of the item being delivered and the item being removed they rebooked the delivery for this morning for only the new delivery crew to turn up with no instructions to do this despite the notes being on my order details with Panther from Monday's aborted delivery attempt. Had to put a compliant into Samsung and the Co directly. 3rd delivery being attempted again tomorrow. It's a good thing I am not self-employed or being paid by the hour or having to lose any holidays for this fiasco. Samsung should cancel their delivery contract with this Company. Absolutely no idea what they are doing or have any customer service. Just saying sorry is not good enough.
