The 1 star reviews are correct.
Order booked in with Samsung, delivery email confirmation by panther.... then panther change it to a different day without authorisation which puts Samsung in breach of their contract due to it being a paid time delivery.
How they claim to be a leading delivery company is completely misleading considering their lack of customer care & incompetence.
