Ordered a bed on qvc last year delivered by panther and bed drawer was bent on runners which I only found out when they left and had to get it replaced. Then I ordered another bed on qvc also delivered by panther and removed the old bed from bedroom to find the bed being delivered damaged so it was taken away - so no bed at all now. Why are the beds not quality checked before they go out for delivery? Shocking service and will never buy from anyone again that uses them to deliver their products.
