Terrible! Booked two items and paid a considerable premium for named day delivery. Receive text the night before with a slot so prepare the rooms and remove old items. Day of delivery arrives and items shown as ‘delivered’. Contacted panther to be told ‘oh yeah, the delivery date and tracking we give you is the day we hand it to a third party courier do deliver to your address in 3-5 working days’??????? Sleeping in the floor with a baby now and no answers as to what’s happening. Made even worse by the fact panther received the items 6 days ago so they have been sat in a warehouse the whole time.
