This does not deserve a star !! The worse company I have ever dealt with. I had 4 delivery attempts and 3 of those, the crew were rude, unwilling, lazy and simply could not be bothered to attempt the job. They saw the stairs and made every possible excuse not to do it saying they only had a 30 minute window to complete the job even though I had booked every possible service that came with the delivery. This ordeal went on for two weeks and in the end they refused to attempt the 5th delivery and told the supplier to cancel the order. I had 10 different men walk through my house and 8 of them were rude and made up so may excuses under the sun to not attempt the delivery. Avoid this company at all costs !!!!!
