This company has diabolical customer service . They delivered to a neighbour, smashing into our stationary van, 7 months on a massive number of emails panther refuse to do anything, state can't provide the 3rd party details who deliver . The final response was we need to contact our insurance company, as we gave no van reg due to panther protecting thus information! For us to do that would mean 3 grands worth of damage paid for and losing our no claims for a fault of theirs we were sat in our home watching TV! Absolutely abhorrent reactions, customer service, remorse, professionalism, I sincerely hope no one else puts their trust in this company and it closes down to avoid any more people been ripped off and scammed ( ONLY TO READ REST OF REVIEWS) , avoid like thee plague .and shock horror will not allow me yo upload pictures!
