Wow absolute nightmare company. Cancelled my delivery from la Redoute twice at the last minute. Second time I’d paid £35 to upgrade to AM delivery and yes you’re guessed it- that morning a message to say they had vehicle issues and my order had been “rerouted” and my AM time lost no longer stands- not fighting to get my £35 back and no idea when this will be delivered, don’t trust it will be. Liars.
Had no choice but to use these as it’s the company that la Redoute use- but avoid at alllll costs if you have the choice.
