I have always been over the moon with the boxes received. I had a problem last year (sorry, it is the most recent) when my boxed was taking too long to arrive. When I contacted customer service about how long it had been they decided it had been too long already and immediately sent me a replacement. No fuss, no nothing. And I got it straight away, and the original never arrived. It is really a pleasure when you don't have to jump through hoops to be heard and have your problems solved. Thank you very much. My other deliveries have always on time and I have suspended my subscription at times due to my personal finances and not due to quality from papergang.
