Papergang provide and amazing service. Do I like every design each month? No but I always read the designer booklet and can appreciate and respect the artist and their process. The great thing is that when I get a box with items that dont suit my tastes I can always share it with friends, many of who go on to become subscribers themselves. While there have been a couple of issues over the last year, the communication from the Papergang team is top notch and the issues are usually things that are out of their hands. The always resolve the issue though. I cant see a time when I am not a subscriber. A++
