Even when they have problems with supplies they keep you Informed as to what problem they might be having as well as when it should be sorted out by. If it is an exceptionally long delay in being able to send the boxes out they explain and throw in a few freebies to compensate for the delay and being patient. When things are running smoothly for them quite often I receive my package before I am notified it has been dispatched, but even if after then no more than a few days later.
