Amazing customer service and products. I get so excited to receive my box each month, I’m stationery obsessed but have never seen a similar subscription service. Any time I’ve contacted Papergang to ask about my order, I’ve had a prompt and satisfactory reply. Whenever there are known issues with their deliveries (especially during covid), Papergang sent out email updates before needing to either ask!
