I've been a subscriber for a year and found the experience hit and miss.
I have received all the issues, but October and November were very, very late. More than a month each.
Also, my December package was very beaten up. Not enough to warrant a refund or replacement, but Canada Post should be held accountable. When I raised the issue with the company, they must of misunderstood my concern because their solution was for me to take a photo of my damaged materials before replacing.
After one year subscription, you hit 75%. Not sure if that is good or bad, but I suggest more time be spent with customer's complaints and postal companies.
