Every time I've been in contact with customer service I've gotten the BEST service ever! You make a great team and are so helpful!
One thing to think about in the boxes: in the january box was a small box of paperclips. This small box had opened during shipping and the paperclips were all over my box and one had fallen out through a hole in the big box. It might be a good idea to seal small stuff like paperclips in some way. Otherwise I love to get this box!
