Great customer service - on the rare occasion I’ve had a problem it gets sorted immediately. Boxes are great overall, some months are amazing, some are just good - it all depends on what sort of stationery you like to receive. Last month I got a key ring which is useless to me, but also received some cool stickers which I love - but the previous month, I loved everything in the box. I love getting a surprise each month, even when sometimes I get the odd thing I’m not keen on... but I put the things I don’t like in a box for when I need presents for other people! So it’s a win win really. Best of all we’re planting trees whilst receiving cool gifts in the post!
