The contents are usually very nice and well made, though sometimes it doesn't seen worth it for the money. The themes are also really variable, so I appreciate being able to easily skip a month. Customer service has always been helpful, but you have to wait 30 business days before you can get real help for a missing box, and often it's sold out by then so you can't get an exact replacement. However, on the whole I definitely recommend it for anyone who really enjoys stationary and desk supplies. I certainly have lots of cute notepads and sticky notes now!
