i love the idea, the art, the only things that are negative: packaging ( I'm in the US and sometimes it arrives here destroyed, I've lost items, and a better packaging would help 100%) and sending a tracking number ( I get that it takes time and I don't mind waiting even for a month because I know the product is incredible, but I've had boxes get lost, never arrive, arrive after 2-3 months, with a tracking number at least we could get in touch with the mail service.)
