The strong point of Paper True is their diversity of editors. I had several at first, but one dominated towards the end, because she seemed to have the strongest raport with my novel. She placed it in a category she liked and so I could trust her suggestions to be aiming for the highest quality in the result. Although I felt encouraged, slightly favoured even, she was meticulous and however politely put, she didn't fail to show me where my choice of phrase or words didn't work and especially how I could improve it. Also the other editors were just as forward in their comments and although I made my own choices in the end, I'm certain that their efforts have greatly improved my manuscript.
