I have had nothing but excellent service wth PaperTrue. I've thus far progressed to receiving the edited material. The initial contact and discussion, the customer service, the rapid response to chat and emails, quick work on cover graphics which included rapid responses to any changes I desire, and last but not least the extremely detailed and comprehensive editorial suggestions and corrections, which were completed a bit earlier than I anticipated, all leave me stunned at how dedicated PaperTrue is to ensuring a good final product for me, the author. I expect the same outstanding service throughout and am SO happy I chose to use PaperTrue. I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars. If I could select a 100 star rating I would.
