I'm overall satisfied with my manuscript edit. I paid for 13 day turn around time, but didn't get my edited manuscript for twenty days total. I had to contact PaperTrue since no one had contacted me to tell me my editor needed more time for the first extension. The second extension they requested was because of a family issue that arose. I am pretty flexible and understanding, but I was peeved that I was not contacted and informed of the situation since I had to adjust my own deadlines as well. The editor started out very strong with my manuscript, noting multiple edits. However, as the editor progressed, I did notice that he wasn't as thorough toward the end. I suppose this was because he already needed two extensions and was trying to rush to complete my edit. Overall, I'd say my manuscript was edited satisfactorily. I was able to take what the recommendations from the editor and apply it throughout my manuscript. I plan to use PaperTrue again, however, I will make sure to allow an extra two weeks time before my personal deadlines in the event the editor requires additional time.
